Ken Johnston

Ken has over 20 years of consultative sales experience in direct hire recruiting, staffing and
nearshore offshore staff augmentation. As the VP of Business Development and Marketing, Johnston keeps our goals in harmony with the customer’s goals through creative problem
solving and deep understanding of our customer’s needs and business. Johnston started
with Eleventh Hire in July of 2019 and has been the driving force for business development and account management. In addition, Johnston has just been certified by Northwestern
(Kellogg Executive Certification) Digital Marketing Strategies and AI.

Johnston previously oversaw marketing and sales for Excel Resources in SLC, Utah. Through creative team building Johnston was able to bring Excel Resources revenues more than 5 million
dollars per year.

Johnston was also integral in the development and build out a Costa Rican subsidiary for near shore outsourcing. He has been recognized as a leader in the SLC market for Staffing and Recruiting,
developing, and servicing many key and multi-national accounts. With a master’s degree in Computer
Information Systems, Johnston has the knowledge of understanding the customer, addressing their
pain points, and providing a quantitative solution.
